About two-thirds of the Republic of Korea is wooded. The stock of wood offers great potential for climate- and environment-friendly energy production. For this reason, representatives from the South Korean Ministry of Forestry visited Spanner Re² GmbH - the world market leader in the field of wood-based combined heat and power plants - in Neufahrn, Lower Bavaria. More than 700 wood-fired power plants are already in operation and reliably generate electricity and heat from wood. The patented wood-force technology with over 20,000,000,000 operating hours of experience encouraged the ministry's representatives to work with Re²'s South Korean sales partner to pave the way into the energy future.
