Farmer installed Biomass CHP

A farmer, JS Baird runs a farm of mixed arable, livestock, broiler chickens and laying hens in Scotland. His aim was to reduce his electricity and heat demand and he wants to go green. His idea was to run a CHP with wood chips, a so called Biomass CHP.

He investigated potential companies, which one could be the best for his demand. Spanner´s reputation with over 500 units in 14 countries was one of the reasons to go with Spanner. After visiting different Installations in Germany he signed the contract. After a few weeks of waiting he received his unit and installed it with his local installer. Spanner sent someone over to switch the unit to the grid and since that day JS Baird is on it´s way to go green.
