At the end of this year, the Lower Bavarian plant manufacturer Spanner Re² GmbH delivered 28 wood power plants with a total output of 1.75 MWel and over 3 MWth with complete wood chip logistics as well as conveyor and discharge technology to Japan.
The globally proven wood gasifier and combined heat and power plants as well as the entire periphery are manufactured in the Lower Bavarian plant in Neufahrn. The major Japanese order, which is in the high single-digit million range, has already been included in the production plans: production of the first systems will begin in the next few weeks. The plants will be shipped to Hinagu Biomass in Yatsushiro in Kumamoto Prefecture by means of an overseas container at the end of this year. Spanner Re² will install and commission the 28 wood power plants in spring 2021.
